You need not live in fear, this Trailer Watch is not about the Australian day time soap making its big screen debut.

Neighbors is a frat comedy from Forgetting Sarah Marshall director Nicholas Stoller and the people that brought us This is the End. The parents of a newborn baby face difficulties when a College fraternity unexpectedly takes up residence in the house next door.

Starring Seth Rogen (Knocked Up) and Rose Byrne (Bridesmaids) as the begrudged parents who must take action when the Fraternity run by Zac Efron and Dave Franco a.k.a James Franco’s brother (21 Jump Street) starts to take frat-life to noisier and more disruptive levels.

The comedy, if anything like Forgetting Sarah Marshall and This is the End, will follow dick-and-spunk gags and puns on other more famous films. None-the-less, that concoction has brought some pretty good comedies of late, so I’m not complaining yet.

Neighbors is set for release in May 2014.
