WINNERS ANNOUNCED: STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES OFFICER – Agata Cienciala and Helen Raynor

Agata Cienciala and Helen Raynor have been announced as the new Students with Disabilities Officers.

With 773 votes cast in this election, Agata and Helen won after three rounds of counting beating Jack Barratt to the position by 37 votes.

Beaming with joy the winners told Impact that they feel, “Very happy, and really relieved”.

They stressed the best part of campaigning was, “meeting everyone, meeting so many great people, and meeting all the officers who we will be working with next year”.

Celebrations include “going home with our guests to relax and enjoy it”.

Agata and Helen have said they are looking forward to “lots of events, and meeting lots of new people. Seeing who lives up to what they said and making peoples lives better”.

Vyv Dryden, who came third, commented, “I learned a lot. You have to come into a campaign really well prepared”.
