Accessibility
The Impact website has been designed with the following feature in order to be to be easy to navigate and accessible.
Semantic markup
Although parts of the Impact website is visually complex, when used without a stylesheet, it is still usable. Screen readers and users with older or mobile devices should benefit from this most.
Access keys
These can be used to skip to certain parts of a page. On a PC hold down Alt, on a Mac hold down Control and then press one of the keys listed below.
- ‘c’ to jump to the content
- ’s’ to jump to the search bar
Text resizing
The Impact website reacts well to the text size being increased. In most browsers, this can be acheived by holding the Control or Command key and pressing the ‘+’ or ‘-’ keys.
